3 EXAMPLES OF STYLING A SILK SCARF TO MAKE YOUR EVERY SUMMER OUTFIT LOOK POLISHED

OBSESSED WITH THIS VINTAGE TREND.

Make the most of this retro-inspired trend and get into the grandma style!

The classic silk scarf is always on point and especially this summer. And the best thing is that you might already own one or a few. Here I show you 3 ways to style it.

HOW TO STYLE A PRINTED SILK SCARF:

  • Try using a scarf around your head to make the most of the grandma-inspired fashion.
  • Want to look chic? Tie the scarf into your hair to instantly look like a fashionista.
  • If you are not ready to put the scarf around your head, you can always play it safe and tie the scarf around your neck.

How many silk scarfs do you own? Hoping you all have a lovely week!

THE TRENDING SILHOUETTE THAT WILL MAKE A SERIOUS FIGURE-FLATTERING IMPACT

GET READY TO PLAY WITH SHAPES.

Are you ready to move from skinny pants to flare pants? Yes, I am!

Flared pants are officially back and I’m so in love with this feminine silhouette! I’ve always loved dresses and flares are the pants with a ladylike twist that I adore. Flared pants are a good choice if you are looking for something sophisticated and chic. The wider the flare, the bolder the look.

There are many ways to style flared pants. To soften the look of my black ones, I paired them with a tight crop top with puffed sleeves. A feminine ruffle blouse would also make a good match to these kind of pants, as it balances the whole look.

What kind of pants do you like the most? Hoping you all have a lovely Friday and enjoy your weekend!

TIME SAVING TIPS FOR NAILING THE LAID-BACK SUMMER STYLE WHILE STILL LOOKING FEMININE AND CUTE

A FEW HELPFUL TIPS TO GETTING DRESSED.

Summer dressing shouldn’t be challenging, it should be fun!

I think dressing should be easy and stress-free, especially during the summertime when I just want to go out, have fun and enjoy the beauty of summer. Laid-back doesn’t have to mean compromising your personal style, it’s all about creating a balance of comfort and style, being relaxed and pulled together.

So, how to make summer dressing easy peasy? My best advice for the easiest summer dressing is to pick out a one-and-done type of outfit. Nothing is as easy as a long sundress or why not a jumpsuit if you aren’t that much into dresses. Slide on strappy sandals for a feminine touch, sneakers for a casual style and platform sandals for the coolest look. When it comes to choosing a bag to make the look polished, a basket bag is always the perfect choice for elevated and classic summer style.

What are your must-have summer staples? Hoping you all have a lovely week!

HOW TO MASTER THE PAJAMA TREND AND LEVEL UP YOUR STYLE

SLEEPWEAR, BUT MAKE IT FASHION.

Make the most of your PJs and turn them from bedtime to street style.

Easy, fun, effortless, chic… these are the keywords that came to my mind when I thought about pajamas as outwear. They’re so easy to style and dress up to perfection with no effort. I like to go all out and wear the whole suit for a real fashionable look. But if you think that’s not your way to rock the PJ’s, you can wear them as separates easily by pairing your pajama top with jeans or your pajama trousers with a simple top.

The key to creating a fashion statement out of your nighttime wear and not end up looking like you are sleepwalking is to dress it up. Add high heels or strap sandals, a nice bag and fancy jewellery and you are good to go.

I styled my PJs with the pops of pink to elevate the outfit from cozy nightwear to chic daywear. I’m really into daytime pajamas for a cool option to add into a summertime wardrobe as they are easy to wear, very fun to dress up and look effortlessly stylish.

I wish you a wonderful Friday and a lovely weekend! Hope you are doing fine and enjoying the summertime!

WHO ELSE WANTS TO MAKE SUMMER DRESSING EASY AND STILL LOOK SENSATIONAL

GOING FOR A COLORBLOCK OUTFIT.

Welcoming summer in bold, vibrant shades.

Summer season is here and that means we need to make some changes in our wardrobes. I really like to make hot weather dressing easy and love pieces that I know I will be wearing many summers to come. Bright colored things always light up my heart and I think there isn’t better time to embrace colors than summertime. Vibrant colors brightens up your look, makes you look younger and gets your skin glowing. Who doesn’t want that?

This pear green blouse & skirt are easy to throw on and go anywhere. Plus they look fabulous with zero effort. I like to use contrast to create standout outfits, so I paired the green with it’s complimentary color: red. Instead of classic red I chose a candy pink shade, which adds playfulness and freshness to whole outfit. Minty earrings are the final touch to this look. Combining beautiful, unexpected colors together always make the outfit more interesting and personal. With this outfit I’m ready for cozy summer chilling. Can’t wait that!

Happy Friday and happy weekend to you!

10 YEARS OF FASHION / MY STYLE EVOLUTION FROM 2010 TO 2020

LET’S TALK STYLE.

Who doesn’t love a good throwback photo?

Isn’t it funny how much your personal style can change in only a few years? I thought it would be hilarious (and of course embarrassing) to have a look back on my style journey over the past decade. I’ve always been quite into mastering the feminine style and adventurous with bright colors, flowy fabrics, ruffles, lace and floral prints. I feel that looking back helps me to see how far I’ve become and also how long I’ve been working with my passion – which is of course – fashion.

Shall we take a little look down my memory lane? Well, here it goes… from age 25 to 35.

2010

Back in 2010 I was into fitted waist cardigans, tube tops and mini skirts. And always, always the highest heels that I could find.

2012

Breezy dresses were my favorites, I think my mantra was: the more feminine the better. And always, always high heels.

2015

In 2015 I started to appreciate more qualified fashion items. I still do have many of my purchases during this time.

2016

I was quite experimental with fashion in 2016. At that time I designed and made most of my clothes myself.

2019

In 2019 I stopped holding myself back and started to trust myself and my own sense of style. This was the year when I gave myself a permission to enjoy, explore and have fun with fashion. And to not take myself too seriously. What a good year.

2020

New decade and a few of my looks from this May. I think they’re quite fab.

My current fashion philosophy? Maybe this: “Better an oops than what if…”

That was a little sum up of my personal style evolution. Thank you very much for taking a look back over the past years with me.

What are your own best style memories from 2010 to the present day? Wishing you a great Wednesday!

3 FRESH WAYS TO DRESS UP A WHITE SHIRT TO MAKE YOUR LOOK MORE STYLISH

TIME TO GET SMART.

1. White Shirt + Neutrals

Leather in neutral tones paired with a white shirt is a winning choice if you want to look expensive. It’s a timeless look with an elegant twist and you can never go wrong with these. If you want to add a modern finishing touch try faux snakeskin accessories for the chicest look.

2. White Shirt + Statement Accessories

I love big and bold statement necklaces, they’re such an easy and fun way to change your outfit in seconds and they are always a great option to glam up your white shirt. Make your legs look longer and mark your waistline with a stylish belt for polished look.

2. White Shirt + Gingham Print

Gingham is one of the coolest print in 2020. To update your look, pair your white shirt with this classic print for the coolest springtime style.
